After working with Kelly for three months I’ve noticed a big change in my fitness and strength. I was bored with my routine, making no progress, and tired of constant injuries, so I was looking for a different approach to fitness. My physio suggested working with Kelly and changing the training up. Kelly’s approach is new to me; I’d never tried High Intensity Interval Training. The first few times it was like waking my body up from a long sleep. It reminds me that exercise can be effective AND fun. I’m getting stronger, faster, and have more stamina. I haven’t made significant progress with fitness in many years, so am excited to be moving forward again toward my fitness goals. Thanks, Kelly!

Before I started training with Kelly, I was worn out and tired by the end of the day and very seldom did I have a good nights sleep. I didn’t think it was possible to have time to exercise because I was chasing my 3yr old all day long.
As soon as I started training with Kelly, my mood and energy level changed dramatically for the better. I had more energy and felt so much better everyday. A bonus was the effect it had on my daughter, as she would often join in on the workouts in my backyard.
Over the summer Kelly would have me running the seawall and trails on the North Shore and working out in my backyard. Kelly was always motivating and inspiring me to keep going. She helped me set a goal of running 13kms at a race in Whistler and I did it. This was something I had never done before and honestly didn’t think I could do it….THANK YOU KELLY!!!!
Oh and also thank you Kelly for my new vocabulary….burpees, bicycle crunches and russian twist!!!

I was going through a difficult time in my life and was having trouble getting motivated to exercise. I knew that it was important to eat properly and exercise yet I lacked the motivation to do so. I was craving junk food and sweets and relied on sugar boosts to help get me through the day.
Kelly immediately saw the problem and assured me that going through a difficult time was not an excuse to neglect taking care of myself. She provided me with a food journal so I could keep track of and control my cravings. She worked out beside me and her work outs were tailored to my individual needs. I wanted to slack off on many of the workouts but I couldn’t because she was right there by my side.
In summary, Kelly provided me with the encouragement and support I needed to get back control of my health. I feel so much better. Thanks Kelly!!

Feeling bad about yourself, feeling lazy, wishing you could get some control…that was me. I am a 47 year old woman whose life was suddenly a train wreck.
I finally got fed up and did something about it. I can’t say enough great things about Kelly. She is a miracle worker. After much resistance, (on my part) I am in the best shape of my life and feel in control. And I actually like myself. I know its scary and it’s a bitch to workout but now I have muscles I can see without flexing and I love it!
Kelly not only got me in shape physically, but mentally she helped me find myself again and gave me confidence to believe in myself. I could never have predicted that in 6 months I could transform this much.
Do something good for yourself…spend the money on training – it has made me way happier than a pair of Louis Vuitton shoes (and I LOVE shoes)! Go for it! You will sing her praises too.
